Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် ၂၅ နှစ် နှင့် ၃၅ နှစ် ကြားရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• HR Diploma (or) Certificate ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• HR Supervisor ပိုင်းအတွက်လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Labor Law, SSB, HR Policy & Procedures :အကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Communication & Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer (MS Office, Word & Excel)ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Company မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်း စည်းကမ်းများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holiday
