Job Description
- Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records)
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and punctuality
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Assist in payroll preparation (attendance summary, overtime records)
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Handle basic employee inquiries and HR-related issues
- Manage office daily operations and supplies
- Handle incoming/outgoing documents
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents
- Support management in organizing meetings and schedules
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years experience in HR/Admin
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Honest, organized, and responsible)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
