Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records)
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and punctuality
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance summary, overtime records)
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and HR-related issues
  • Manage office daily operations and supplies
  • Handle incoming/outgoing documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents
  • Support management in organizing meetings and schedules

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  •  1–3 years experience in HR/Admin
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Honest, organized, and responsible)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
