- Relevant 2yrs experience in an HR role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description
- Orient new employees to company policies, goals & objectives.
- Assist in developing, performance appraisals.
- Controlling company document system.
- Assist for training program.
- Assist monthly HR report.
- Creating, evaluating, and managing system efficiency with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
