Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding field.
  • Good in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Able to communicate in English language.
  • Can explain customer complains.
  • Good in personal skills and communication skills.
  • Able to under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • Handling incoming sales inquiries and providing information about company services to potential clients.
  • Assisting the outside sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinating with various departments such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Preparing and sending out quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Managing customer accounts, handling order processing, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Supporting sales targets by upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing client

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
