Job Requirements

  • Any graduate preferable in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing field.

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the sales, and distribution of life insurance products to bank customers.
  • Active selling to the existing bank customers mainly retails banking, walk-in customers as well as to the general public.
  • Experience in territory sales and cold call prospective clients using a given data.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments, particularly marketing and product development to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to Head of Corporate Business & Bancassurance on sales performance and customer feedbacks.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Salary + Incentive + Transportation Allowance
