Job Requirements

  • Experience:2+ years in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Customer Success, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort with troubleshooting mobile and web applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide high-quality, professional, and timely customer support across multiple channels, including email, chat, and video calls, to our global user base.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries related to platform usage, account management, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with users from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating patience and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the application, such as event sign-up failures and mobile app errors.
  • Escalate complex bugs and feature requests to the Engineering and Product teams, documenting issues clearly.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all features and updates of the platform.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive international knowledge base for user self-service support.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training workshops for new organizational administrators across different time zones.
  • Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” collecting and prioritizing user feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Identify trends in international customer queries and propose solutions to improve processes and overall user experience.
  • Achieve and maintain target metrics for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and response times.

 Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
