- Lead and ensure the implementation of the Oxford International Curriculum to meet the strategic goals of the school.
- Ensure that learning is central to strategic planning and resources by promoting evidence-based teaching practices and encouraging collaborative lesson planning.
- Establish effective curricular leadership, developing subject leaders with high levels of relevant expertise, with access to professional networks
- Monitor the effectiveness of teaching and learning through teachers’ planning, work sampling, lesson observations and reporting outcomes, successful or otherwise, and planning next steps and future actions.
- In collaboration with BoD, ensure that the requirements of MOE instructions and curriculum implementation are met.
- Align organizational structures and resources to support academic priorities.
- Ensure effective collaboration between academic and administrative teams.
- Ensure all policies, rules, regulations and procedures are followed and implemented.
- Manage the allocation of teaching and learning resources to maximize effective educational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and standards at local and international levels

- Leading the school during crises (health, safety, natural, environmental, operational)etc
- Ensure that academic staff are appraised according to the performance benchmarks and appraisal systems to support teachers’ performance and accountability by providing constructive feedback.
- Design the yearly PD program (for both individuals and groups) based on the data of appraisal results, strategic plan, and targeted areas to improve.
- Ensure that people and situations are used to the organization’s best advantage
- Lead initiatives to enhance academic performance and participate in international competitions.
- Lead the school’s long-term planning, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision as a policy maker and educator.
- Lead and implement the strategic planning and achieve KPIs and goals.
- Analyse students’ achievement data and staff performance data for the next strategic goals
- Actively monitor and evaluate academic programs to ensure their effectiveness.
- Mentor faculty to develop leadership capacities and academic expertise.
- Encourage the use of data analytics to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
- Lead the school’s participation in local and international accreditation and inspection processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure all school operations, policies, and practices align with the mission, vision, and guiding statements established by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure institutional knowledge is preserved to maintain continuity during leadership transitions.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, reporting progress and challenges to the Board.
- Ensure collective responsibility for the school’s success.
- Monitor the performance of the curriculum coordinator and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Involve in data-informed decision-making processes, ensuring transparency and inclusivity.
- Foster a positive working environment that motivates staff and recognizes their contributions.
- Ensure regular, constructive relationships and open communication with students, parents, PTA, and community members beyond the school for the school’s progress, challenges, and successes.
- Address community concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and goodwill.
- Advocate for student well-being and achievement in all decisions and partnerships.
- Act as a representative of the school at conferences, workshops, and community events related to education.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
