Job Requirements
- Any graduate.
- LCCI Level (III) UK လက်မှတ်ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Advance Excel နှင့် Accounting Software ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သုံးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Teamwork skill, Interpersonal skill, Analytical skill ကောင်းရမည်။
Job Description
- Check cash request forms from user department and ensure for payment process.
- Record payable transactions in Google Sheet for cash payment planning.
- Check advance claims with attachments and liaise with user department.
- Monitor spare parts invoices/receipts and ensure with cash and bank books.
- Check spare parts sales ledger in SQL and report AR aging.
- Check SYGN vouchers/receipts serial no. and liaise with service department.
- Check inventory received and issued notes.
- Update inventory ledger and report stock valuation.
- Monitor fixed assets register and calculate depreciation amount.
- Perform physical count of fixed assets and closing inventory.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
