Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Diploma in Accounting / Inventory Management is a plus. Accounting /Finance ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (1) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
Retail Business နှင့် Multi-branch Inventory Handling အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Accounting principles နားလည်မှုရှိရန် (Inventory Accounting, Costing, Valuation)
Microsoft Excel, ERP System အသုံးပြုနိုင်မှု
Attention to detail & accuracy
Analytical thinking & problem-solving
Good communication & teamwork skills
Time management & ability to meet deadlinesကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အစီရင်ခံ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
လိုအပ်ပါက ပြည်တွင်းခရီးသွားရောက်ပြီး အဖွဲ့အား ဦးဆောင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
လိုအပ်ပါက အချိန်ပို တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Descriptions

ကုန်ပစ္စည်း လက်ကျန်စာရင်းများကို စစ်ဆေး၊ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Inventory အရည်အသွေးနှင့် Quantities ကို Daily / Weekly / Monthly မှာ Check ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Delivery, Receiving, Production နှင့် Sales Reports အရ Inventory Records မှန်မှန်ရေးသားခြင်း။
Stock Adjustments, Damaged / Expired Goods Tracking, Return & Write-off Records တင်သွင်းခြင်း။
Accounting Software (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) အသုံးပြုပြီး Data Entry လုပ်ခြင်း။
Inventory Audits တွင် Support ပေးခြင်း။
Senior Accountant/Manager ကို Report များ တင်ပေးခြင်း။
Inventory Policies & Procedures ကို လိုက်နာခြင်း။

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
