Job Descriptions
- Prepare Materials Request Form (MRF) and submit it to Warehouse.
- Follow up spare parts/pm materials on time delivery process.
- Record keeping for the documentation of the purchasing Materials and delivery Materials.
- Well managed for the inventory control process.
- Tracking the delivery and purchasing materials’ status.
- Checking incoming raw material as per the supplier list.
- Checking the physical stock of Warehouse.
- Checking The Daily Receive, Issue, Transfer and Losses, Issue any concern
- Checked the Stock Maximum and Minimum Level
- Update checking and monitoring all inventory
- Daily follow up stock report and usage report
- Ensures all documentation and reports on time.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
