Job Requirements
- B. Tech or BE (IT) / B.C.Sc or B.C.Tech
- Microsoft word/excel/power point
- Programming: Python (Expert), C++, or Java
- Database: Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Pinecone/Milvus
- AI/ML: Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, and Data Analysis
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- English language 4 skills Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Telecom Protocols or Network Monitoring is a plus
- Strong background in Algorithms and System Architecture
Job Descriptions
- Daily Report to Manager
- Plan, install, manage, and monitor IT infrastructure, networks, and related hardware/software.
- Resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, downtime, SLA) and provide 24/7 L1 support for enterprise users.
- Perform Windows Server administration and prepare high-/low-level design documents for DC and new site setups.
- Configure and manage Firewalls, Cisco Routers/Switches, and implement network policies (AD, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wireless).
- Collaborate with vendors on redundancy, site integration, and provide technical support for systems, software, and hardware.
- Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with RMS systems, Watchguard firewalls, and assist with IT budgeting/procurement.
- Managing the RMS visibility and following up issues relative with concerns
- Develop and maintain core Backend Systems for telecom data.
- Design and manage Scalable Databases (SQL, NoSQL, and Vector DB).
- Integrate AI/LLMs for network automation, predictive maintenance, or reporting.
- Build and optimize APIs for real-time monitoring and RMS (Remote Monitoring Systems).
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
