Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT
- Minimum 2 years’ experience related field
- Able to travel anywhere and willing to stay on-site/project as required
- Good Teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Must be fluent in English Language (Intermediate level)
- Must have good presentation skill, problem solving and Effective Communication
Job Requirements
- Addresses and repair any networking and connectivity issues experienced by Eclion Global
staff, including printer-related problems; - Provides advice and assistance to Eclion Global staff regarding day-to-day IT problems,
including issues such as operating system malfunctions, software errors, configuration errors,
and other general IT troubleshooting; - Manages and maintains of the company server, databases and share drive systems;
- Travels to address IT issues to the project sites;
- Maintains a log sheet of IT material handed over to staff;
- Maintains an inventory of IT material;
- Teaches staff on how to use IT material, software;
- Review the office, Warehouse and project sites CCTV and solve the CCTV issues
- Assists General Manager and Database in official functions (daily IT reporting, regular
checking and maintenance of IT devices and the office network etc.); - Must be a good communicator.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
