Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent certificates
- To support and maintain computers and network at Out-town and Yangon Office area.
- To support out-town and Yangon employee.
- 3+ years of experience in helpdesk support with hands-on troubleshooting practices
- Can communicate with English Loanguate
- Must have strong knowledge in Windows System, Printers, Scanner, CCTV and Computer Network System
- Good to have knowledge with CCNA, MCSA and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electricity
- Able to manage work assign within the time line
- Ability to serve as Good team player
Job Descriptions
- Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintaining Computer Systems, Networks and Surveillance System with the specified schedule.
- Providing technical support up to Level 2.
- Follow the SOP of ITSM and resolve the assigned tickets within SLA.
- Maintain and update IT Inventory in asset control system.
- Installing and relocating the extension lines of PBX System.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Monitoring and processing the payments related with IT services.
- Perform Ad-hoc Projects / Request Assigned by IT Manager
- Ensuring the availability of office remote desktop and CCTV system.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays
