Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma or relevant Certificates.
• CCNA and CCTV knowledge (Prefer)
• 3 years experiences in IT field.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Patient and pleasant personality.
Job Descriptions & Responsibility
• Assist in all IT-related duties activities
• Provide hardware and software support for desktop, laptop and
• other office equipment
• Manage and maintain company’s IT asset inventory
• Advise management on latest IT trends and good practice
• Support users to convenient their daily operation or remotely.
• Video conferencing set up and format image and video resize on burning CD disc.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly to Manager.
• Perform to respective documentary in office.
• Support user issues solution and guidance the users for new applications.
• Setting up network infrastructure and troubleshoot network traffic
• solution.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
