Job Requirements

Graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field.
Minimum of [2] years of experience in IT roles
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · Proven experience in network administration and security roles. · Knowledge of networking, server administration, and security best practices.
Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker

Job Descriptions

Provide end-user support for ERP related issues, troubleshooting problems and offering timely resolutions.
Conduct discussion sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
Maintain and update system documentation, including configurations, processes, and
procedures.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Coordinate the deployment of software applications and updates, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to users.
Evaluate and test new software releases, patches, and updates before deployment.
Implement monitoring tools to track the performance and health of our IT systems.
Generate regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and support metrics.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
