Job Requirements

Any Graduate (or) Degree in IT (or) Certificate with related field.
At least 2-years experience in IT field.
Hardware and Software installation, Repairing , Maintaining and Implementation for devices.(New setup and User issues)
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP , Wireless Networking and Server.
Experience supporting remote users.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to travel locally.

Job Descriptions

Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer, software, Hardware and Network Equipment.
Local and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanner and other IT- equipment.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems and phone.
Diagnose software installations, network failures, hardware and other IT related issues.
Repairing and replacing IT related equipment as necessary.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
Check error, repair & installation operation system and software.
Office Wi-Fi AP Controller and Office network error checking.
Daily report to IT Operation Manager.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
