Job Descriptions
•Lead and mentor junior engineers in Yangon
•Collaborate with Japan-site teams on active projects
•Support documentation and communication
•Training support (Language & IT)
•To report to the manager and the Japan site on the progress of the IT engineer
•Meeting with the Japan site and local site on the situation
Job Requirements
•5 years Experience ( Java/Spring Boot preferred )
•Advanced Knowledge of database design and optimization ( MySQL, PostgreSQL)
•Leader Experience 2 years or above
•Good Leadership
•Good communication skill
•Strong Mentoring and coaching abilities with demonstrated team growth results
•Japanese Language: JLPT N3 (N2 Preferred)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday,Sunday & Publics Holidays
