Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, Power BI are highly desirable.
- At least 5 years working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of server administration, network infrastructure and Azure common cloud services.
- Hands-on experience of ITSM-Service Management to deliver quality service and strong customer service orientation ensures client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, people management & project management skills to coordinate teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of IT initiatives.
- Data analytic with MS Excel and Knowledge of Power BI is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibility
- IT Manager have responsible for overseeing the technology-related aspects within an organization.
- The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, project execution, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operation.
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT Infrastructure, Service Management and Data Analytics Services.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating jo expectations and appraising their performance.
- Identify areas of improvement and design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems,policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Analyze the potential technical risks that could impact business operation strategy and ensure IT BCP in place.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
