Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
- Utilize project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, including FTTX and ELV systems, and assess their potential impact on our business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
- Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.
- In-depth knowledge of FTTX (Fiber to the X) technology, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, and their applications.
- Understanding of project management principles and experience in managing IT projects.
- Minimum CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
- Extensive experience with brand IT products such as Cisco, Dell, HP, UniFi, and TP-Link, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally if needed.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
