Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (IT), Information
- Technology, Information Communication Technology, or other relevant IT Professional Certifications / Diploma
- Must Have English 4 skills.
- At least 2 years background experiences in related environments
- Good background knowledge in administration of Microsoft / Linux / VMware / Cisco platforms
- Hands-on experience of Windows server OS troubleshooting and problem resolution with ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Knowledge of server hardware and equipment
- Hands on experience in networking, routing, switching & access point
- Hands on experience in mail type , mail troubleshoot & Microsoft 365
Job Descriptions
- Report to planning team manager.
- Responsible for planning, setting, installing, managing, and monitoring hardware and software for networking and infrastructure.
- Initiate the process of fixing network related issues such as LAN, WAN network connectivity, downtime management, network SLA issues, Manage the network vendor.
- Solving technical issues to ensure 24/7 availability to Enterprise users and provide L1 support.
- Perform small DC Disaster recovery site to perform in case of production DC failure.
- Report for monthly technical report which includes the best practices for routing, switching, and security risks and enhancement to fix the issue.
- Coordinate and work closely with peer security and network engineer to analysis the risk on DC.
- Working on Firewall, Cisco Routers/Switches configuration.
- Providing High Level and low-level design document in detail for DC setup.
- Planning and implementation for firewall.
- Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, RAID, RADIUS, VLAN, Firewall Policy and Wireless Access Point.
- Perform Windows Server Administration relates to update security patch, create user and assign user permission as per organization structure/policy.
- Working Closely with vendor to come out redundancy DC solutions.
- Working with vendor for new site integration, migration, for router connection remotely.
- Preparing Standard Operation Procedure, High Level Design for new site service implementation
- Working closely with customers and solving the related duty network problem in time Draw up budget and give technical support to procurement for purchase IT materials.
- Provide technical support for computer system, network, and software issues.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Email client configuration & Troubleshooting.
- IT help desk activities for internal customers, to ensure that IT related issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of RMS System Prefer
- Knowledge of Firewall Configuration & other [Watchguard]
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
