Job Descriptions
- Must have met/exceeded objectives as established by HOD.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meeting more clients.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns about requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Meet/exceed the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Must have an optimistic attitude and be open-minded and curious in the face of new challenges.
- Directly report to the Head of BD.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing.
- Able to use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet).
- Able to type Myanmar/ English.
- Fair in English spoken and written.
- Good in attitude, willingness to learn, personality, communication and reporting.
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure. Able to travel.
- Strong in listening to the clients, convincing based on the client’s need and want.
- Giving information clearly based on the client’s questions and taking responsibility.
Working Hours: 9:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
