Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 Years’ experience in related field.
- Can communicate with English Language
- Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software, and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintaining Computer Systems, Networks and Surveillance System with the specified schedule.
- Follow the SOP of ITSM and resolve the assigned tickets within SLA
- Maintain and update IT inventory in asset control system.
- Installing and relocation the extension of PABX system
- Managing technical documentation
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays
