Job Requirements
- Graduate in Any major (Certified and other Relevant Certification & Diploma).
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in IT field.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Windows server basic such as DNS, DHCP, Certified Authority, Files server and DFS services administration
Job Description
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware components.
- Ensure the security of all IT systems, including implementing updates and patches.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on hardware and software.
- Backup and restore data to prevent data loss.
- Arrangement computer and IT related device to purchase.
- Developing and implementing IT systems which improve productivity and efficiency of operations to support business lines.
- Windows server maintenance task and system backup such as domain controller
- Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- IT Vendor Relationship Manages the outsourcing process for the organization’s IT department.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
