The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems, network devices, and office equipment, ensuring smooth operations for both the head office and branch locations.
Job Descriptions
- Install, configure, and repair operating systems and office software.
- Monitor and maintain office Wi-Fi access points, network cabling, and printer installations.
- Provide technical support both remotely and on-site to resolve IT issues at branches.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office IT devices, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist in checking and supporting petrol POS software data accuracy and system errors.
- Prepare and maintain IT department documentation, including system configurations and issue logs.
- Provide technical assistance to the IT team on various projects and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Networking, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office IT support role.
- Familiarity with LAN configuration, PC maintenance, and essential office software installation.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, fingerprint devices, and general IT infrastructure.
- Experience in troubleshooting network and hardware issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and branch staff.
- Willingness to travel to head office and branch locations when required.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sundays & Public Holidays
