Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum [3] years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Experience with network administration and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks and CCTV
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to staff both in-person and remotely
- Maintain and secure user accounts, permissions, and system access
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
