Job Descriptions

  •  Assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to the systems
  • Adding and updating data in system
  • Checking abnormal condition for both system and infrastructure.
  • Installing and configuration of new release of software.

 

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Knowledge of using app and software.
  • Excellent communication skill and customer service skill.
  • Must be study and practice for self-improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
