- Assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to the systems
- Adding and updating data in system
- Checking abnormal condition for both system and infrastructure
- Installing and configuration of new release of software.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Knowledge of using app and software.
- Excellent communication skill and customer service skill.
- Must be study and practice for self-improvement.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
