Job Descriptions
•Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
•Support the A-365 HR Application & ERP Implementation process
•Participate and review business requirements, identify gaps, and provide IT-related recommendations.
•Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
•Monitor and troubleshoot server and network performance.
•Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment lifecycle.
•Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with IT policies.
•Support software updates, system maintenance, and patch management.
•Assist with IT projects, deployments, and system upgrades.
•Assist departments with understanding system features and best practices.
•Provide technical input for system improvements and future enhancements.
•Ensure compliance with company IT standards and data security guidelines.
•Prepare reports for weekly and Monthly reporting to Manager.
Job Requirements
•Graduated or related certificated
•Must have minimum 3 years work experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
•Experience in server-side projects or ERP implementation is an advantage.
•Good problem-solving and communication skills.
•Team player Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and a collaborative
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
