Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 1 year experience in technology operation support in complex environment
- Experience supporting remote users
- Experience as a technical support engineer
- Knowledge with Microsoft server administration and network
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel locally.
Job Descriptions
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
- Diagnose software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues.
- Offer solutions that meet the needs of the client.
- Maintain good client relations.
- Track and manage work records.
- Edit & Update for Office Desktop & Laptop List of All employees.
- Manage Incoming, Outgoing & restore Laptop for All employees.
- Check error, repair & installation Operation System & Software.
- Windows server account added & other permissions for communicate with other IT Teams.
- Office Wi-fi AP Control & checking, editing, and upgrading.
- Office network port error checking, replacing and other errors for office.
- Prepare PowerPoint slideshow easy to use, understand & to know the Knowledge of office IT accessories and other access permission.
- Daily Report to IT Manager.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
