Job Requirements
- 2 years & above experiences in relevant job level
- Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powe Point)
- Good to have some knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office 365, security protection, Firewall, and VPN
- Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcomes within stipulated timelines
- Knowledge in ELV System (Optional)

Job Descriptions
- Design, implement, and commission network systems.
- Provide IT support, including troubleshooting, software installation, and network management.
- Manage and support Microsoft Office 365, internet, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Assist in ELV systems and support cross-functional teams (Marketing, QS, Procurement, etc.).
- Resolve office software/network issues and inspect IT equipment quality.
- Liaise with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and warranty claims.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning certificates, and calibration documents.
- Attend training (local/abroad/online) and share knowledge to enhance team skills.
- Knowledge of VLAN, Firewall, VPN, and Security Protection is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
