Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or engineering or relevant field.
  • Diploma or Certificate in IT & can use ERP Software.
  • Minimum 5years experience in related field.
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
  • Computer Network and Hardware knowledge is preferable.
  • Good in computer skills. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet-Emil, etc…..).
  • Good in personal skills and communication.

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.
  • Possibly training more junior staff members.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
