Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Diploma or Certificate in IT.
- Minimum 5years experience in related field.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
- Computer Network and Hardware knowledge is preferable.
- Good in computer skills. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet-Emil, etc.…..).
- Good in personal skills and communication.
Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Possibly training more junior staff members.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
