- အပြောအဆိုပြေပြစ်၍ အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သောသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရေရှည်အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သောသူများအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
