Job requirement
- B. Com or relevant diploma (LCCI Level II or III preferred).
- 1+ year experience in logistics, trading or freight forwarding is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry).
Jobs Descriptions
- Assist in issuing customer invoices and checking supporting documents.
- Record vendor bills and ensure reference to correct shipment or job number.
- Support AR/AP tracking and follow-up.
- Help perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash logs.
- Assist with document filing, record keeping, and internal reporting.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
