Job Requirements
- B.Com, B.A (Eco) or any graduated with LCCI Level I, II or III
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Accounting Software
- Good communication skills and ability to report effectively to senior staff members.
Job Descriptions
- Handle cash inflow and outflow to support daily operational needs.
- Perform daily data entry of the Cash Book using Excel and reconcile it with Manual Cash Book records to ensure accuracy.
- Verify all documentation related to cash receipts, cash withdrawals, advances, and advance claims, ensuring proper attachment of supporting vouchers.
- Going to the bank regularly to collect documents, update passbooks, and complete other banking procedures.
- Record and verify all bank-related transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Reconcile the company’s bank books and bank statements to ensure alignment with accounting ledgers.
- Coordinate with banks regarding payment processes, fund transfers, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation and records for internal and external audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate financial data.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports as required by the accounting team.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense reviews, and audit preparations.
- Maintain and update financial data accurately in accounting software.
- Collaborate with team members and report directly to the Senior Accountant and Manager.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
