Job Descriptions
- Maintain daily payment and receipt voucher with complete attached & sign.
- Update account received and issue invoice
- Data entries for all customer invoice, receipt and payment vouchers in the Software
- Daily cash balance and bank balance checking
- Check all fixed asset every 6 months and report to Supervisor if there any mismatch with the registered list
- Register and maintain the list of fixed assets
- Work under the supervision of Senior Accountant
- Support to team if necessary
- Able to perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- LCCI level 3 or any other related diploma is preferable
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Keep attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to use accounting software and have computerized skills.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
