Job Requirements
- Any Graduate +LCCI (1,2)
- Minimum 3 Year of working experience in the accounting field
- Computer Microsoft word, Excel, Accounting Software
- Must be committed to working with the organization on a long-term basis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- purchase orders, receiving documents, and supplier bills before payment.
- Maintain accounts payable records and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team for disbursements.
- Monitor outstanding payables and follow up on due payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing related to AP
- Ensure compliance with internal controls a Open To Female
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
