- B. Com or Any Graduated.
- LCCI Level 3.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing field.
- Able to use ERP or Odoo accounting software.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Job Description
- Payment Instruction Request.
- Deal with Procurement.
- Prompt payment discount.
- Document Checking and Review.
- Payment Priority, Vendor List Maintain, Reconcile with Suppliers: Supplier များနှင့် ပေးရန် ရရန် Reconcile လုပ်ရန်။ (Reconcile account payable transaction)
- Payment Schedule for Supplier: Supplier များသို့ပေးရန်များအတွက် ပေးရမည့် ကာလ ၊ နေ့၊ရက်စသည်များကို information ရယူ၍ Schedule ရေးဆွဲထားရန်။
- Monthly Payable Report update: Supplier များသို့ပေးရန်ရှိစာရင်းအား CA/FM ထံ monthly report တင်ပေးရန်။
- Vendor File Maintain: Payment process အတွက် Vendor များ ၏ Invoice ကို Organize လုပ်ရန်။ Payment ပေးရန်အတွက် Supplier Invoice များကို Complete ဖြစ်အောင် စုစည်းပေးရန်။ Vendor File maintain လုပ်ရန်။
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
