Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in cash handling and transaction management
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus
Job Descriptions
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Manage and report daily cash inflows and outflows.
• Prepare and submit cash flow statements, daily invoice records, and data entries.
• Execute banking process
• Verify and process daily payment invoices & service income
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly cash count and inventory stock checks.
• Support the Senior Accountant and Finance Team in day-to-day operations.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
