Job Requirements

B.Arch degree holder.
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural practice.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.

Job Descriptions

Designing small to medium-sized residential and commercial architecture projects.
Work closely with Project Director and teammates to ensure the project is completed on time and according to specific client requirement.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations and details Occasional site survey measurement and occasionally assist the architectural drafter with shop drawings.
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Assist in the review and processing of submittals, RFis, and other project-related documents.
Create the concept and develop the idea by using appropridte software such as Sketchup or Revit.
Visualize the design idea with 3D rendering software (preferably D5, Lumion)
Inspect the site and coordinate with site engineers during the construction stage.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
