Job Requirements
- B.Arch degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- Designing small to medium-sized residential and commercial architecture projects.
- Work closely with Project Director and teammates to ensure the project is completed on time and according to specific client requirement.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations and details Occasional site survey measurement and occasionally assist the architectural drafter with shop drawings.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Assist in the review and processing of submittals, RFis, and other project-related documents.
- Create the concept and develop the idea by using appropridte software such as Sketchup or Revit.
- Visualize the design idea with 3D rendering software (preferably D5, Lumion)
- Inspect the site and coordinate with site engineers during the construction stage.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
