Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, preferred EP/EC,
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field,
- Good interpersonal skills and fair level of English (written & verbal),
- Good learning skills, communication skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills,
- Must be a team player and able to work under pressure,
- Knowledge of all MS software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS project essential,
- An understanding of OH&S requirements for building sites favourable.
Job Description
- Market-researching for new Tenders/Projects (in private or government),
- Dealing with the relevant establishments,
- Developing the key customer-relationships in commercial field,
- Preparing and assisting to process the documents relating to work permit, technical approval, etc.,
- Preparing the complete tender documents and running the submission process,
- Preparing the letter of guarantee for Bid Bond and dealing with the Finance Department,
- Sharing freely information with the colleagues,
- Dealing with vendors and subcontractors, getting quotations, preparing quotation summary and arranging
for the subcontractors as required, - Facilitating engagement with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors,
- Compliance with the company’s management and safety policies,
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
