Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in Freight Forwarding (must be)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Must have Cross-Boder Operation knowledges, International & Local Trade terms and conditions
- Self-motivated and driven
- Business English & strong communication skill
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet & Email writing
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end logistics and customs clearance for existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for accurate shipping documents and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-departments, vendors, and agents to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities.
- Ensure timely delivery and that clearance processes meet customer needs.
- Handle billing for customers and vendors within deadlines.
- Follow up on overdue payments when necessary.
- Problem-solve and collaborate with internal/external parties.
- Update clients on job status and follow up until completion.
- Participate in team collaboration and support the team
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
