Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS and networking.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Job Descriptions
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Set up and configure new hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and software.
- Monitor IT systems and report issues.
- Support email account setup, password resets and user administration tasks.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and solutions.
- Assist in software updates, antivirus checks and system backups.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
