Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or certificate with related field
- Strong understanding about Microsoft Windows and basic understanding of Linux.
- Basic understanding of MS Office Suite, Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic understanding of cloud (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
- Ability effectively communicates with all levels, both internal and external(customer/vendors)
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience: 1 years (Freshers with IT background also considered)
Job Descriptions
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Troubleshoot basic software, user, and system-related issues
- Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required
- Assist customers with onboarding and basic configuration
- Conduct online and in-person Software product demos
- Support the sales team during pre-sales discussions
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
