Job Requirements

Any graduate with Diploma or Certificate with relevant subjects in IT or equivalent
Must have Practical A+ and Network+ Certificates
Prefer CCNA Completion
At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as Routers, Switches, Wireless Routers, Access Points, and Backup servers.
Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
Can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure

Job Descriptions

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, Office network, printers, scanners, operating systems, file sharing and applications.- Daily Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, office networks, and office devices.
Daily monitoring of the Digital out of Home Network monitoring and solving errors (On-site fixing)
Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot system, network, and office CCTV problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Research new products, new technologies evaluation
Available to travel for the Digital out of Home Projects
Supporting the employees whenever they encounter challenges with computer and network devices.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
