Job Requirements
- Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- Basic knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word (Pyidaungsu), Excel and online tools
- Social media and e-commerce experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with time management skills
Job Descriptions
- Operate and update online sales platforms (Company website, Shop.com, KBZ Pay, Citymall, Bento, etc.)
- Manage product listings, prices, and promotions on e-commerce channels
- Handle online customer inquiries and assist with order processing
- Track sales data and prepare weekly reports
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and social media content
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Support customer retention initiatives and online feedback collection
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
