Job Requirements

Job Descriptions

To implement all the procurement related tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Summarizing and reporting weekly procurement report to department head
To make sure procurement related data is protected and confidential
To monitor the stock status and report to direct supervisor for procurement process (Note: stock analysis form must be attached.)
Have to go out to purchase any urgent requirements with the best efficiency in cost and quality
To make sure all the shacks & services purchased are at lowest cost and benefits to the firm
To make sure the products & services purchased are met with the quality
Must have a transparent communication channel with related stakeholders (vendors/forwarders/sales/project management /designers/engineer/finance/etc.) in executing a project
To make sure the assigned job is done within given time frame.
To monitor and evaluate the project outcome, continuous monitoring the supplier’s performance on every project.

Working Hours: 8:15 to 4:45 PM
Holidays : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday, Public Holidays
