Job Requirements
- B.E (Metallurgy (or) Mechatronic (or) Mechanical), 1 year experience in related field.(Fresher can apply)
- 1.Check the quality of products to meet the project quality requirement
- 2.Check and take the corrective action in the process of fitting, welding and cleaning & coating
- 3.Daily check the actual quality problems and requirements in the workplace
- 4.Check the activities and performance of team to meet the quality principle
- 5.Perform and prepare the report of the mechanical testing as per project quality requirement
- 6.Prepare the incoming material records and related quality issues
- 7.Perform the QC inspection if required
- 8.Perform the welder and welding operator qualification test as per requirement
- 9.Report to section manager such as the IMIR reports, Mechanical Test reports and actual quality activities
- 10. Action and close all customer complaints about quality issues
- 11.Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (alternate), Sunday, and Public Holidays
