• BE(Civil) ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်
• အတွေ့အကြုံ 2 နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• Auto CAD & MS Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• တာဝန်ယူမှုအားကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းတွင်စိတ်ဝင်စားရမည်။
• လိုအပ်ပါက Site ထဲသို့သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Star City (Thanlyin Office) သို့နေ့စဉ်လာနိုင်ရမည် (ရုံးတက်နိုင်ရမည်)
Job Descriptions
• Junior Quantity Surveyor (Junior QS) : Interior Decoration। Renovation Project
• များအတွက် Junior QS လျှောက်ထားရန်ဖိတ်ခေါ်အပ်ပါသည် ။
• Drawing နှင့် Specification များအပေါ်အခြေခံ၍ Quantity Measurement နှင့် Take-off ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• BOQ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် Update လုပ်ခြင်း
• Cost Estimation, Rate Analysis နှင့် Payment Claim များတွင်ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Subcontractor, Supplier များ၏ Quotation များစုစည်းနှိုင်းယှဉ်ခြင်း
• Site Team, Engineer နှင့် Senior QS တို့နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday
