Job Descriptions
- Can estimate quantity of materials and labours according to design
- an estimate quantity of materials and labours for tender process
- Can estimate quantity of materials and labours rate for budget control
- Preparing bill for sub- contractor’s payment process
- (By checking regular site visit if needed)
- Prepare and check the supplier’s quotation and material order
- Prepare BOQ for actual construction needs
- Prepare BOQ in accordance with client instructions or customers requirements
- Calling tender or quotation for sub-con work
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Lunch Provide+OT+Other Allowance
